In early 2000, she moved into internet marketing and site optimization and in that field has been instrumental in formulating and implementing strategic site planning to improve site ranking and retention. She has successfully consulted with numerous organizations, from start-ups to established businesses, in launching a viable online presence. JoAnn has a passion for technology and is committed to providing the most current and up-to-date practices and services in internet business development. She enjoys keeping up on the current trends in online marketing and further honing her skills as a internet marketing strategist.Additionally, JoAnn has an MBA and certification in organizational development from Gonzaga University. Her graduate work was concentrated in business planning, marketing, and organizational leadership. In her spare time, you will find JoAnn working towards causes near and dear to her heart. She devotes her time volunteering for organizations which support a sustainable future both locally and globally. Working in that vein, JoAnn was a producer of Green Business Camp Santa Cruz - Fall 2009. This "unconference" successfully brought green business owners and entrepreneurs together for learning, collaboration, and networking. You might also find JoAnn happily hiking the coastal and mountain trails with her two loveable dogs, Scout and Zoae. Kathy LongKathy began her business career at Seagate where she worked first in Corporate Development then in Marketing Communications where she became a specialist in business presentations. When the web took off, it didn't take much for her to see that her skills were perfect for building online businesses. After Seagate and a short stint working in the public school system and working with the County Office of Education teaching teachers throughout the county how to bring the Internet into their classrooms, she started her first online business in 1995, NetCafé. NetCafé was the first internet web portal for restaurants and leveraged database integration which was new to the web at the time. It received recognition in the local newspaper and as a result the phone started ringing from interested readers who wanted her assistance in setting up their own web presence. Kat & Mouse Web Design was then born and continues to exist today. In 2000 she also co-founded and acted as CEO of SITE-etc, a web hosting and application provider. Together with her partner and programmer, they designed and developed dozens of cutting edge, plug-in web applications. It was there that she developed skills in software and user interface design. Her wide range of skills including copy writing, marketing, programming, graphic design, search engine optimization, and user interface design gives you and your business a unique advantage in having her on your team.Darren OddenDarren Odden is the lead web programmer for ProVisibility. Working with many different open source applications, Darren, and his team, has designed and extended many content management systems, customer relationship management products, and their supported add-ons, from Joomla to Drupal to Magnolia, and from SugarCRM to Compiere. With a strong web application background mixed with PHP, Zend, Drupal, Java, Spring, Hibernate, jQuery, ExtJS, and GWT, a proper solution is determined based on the needs of the project.
